Roof Cleaning.

For 'Roof Level' Service, I do 2 things primarily: Gutter Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, & Roof Washing.

Roof Cleaning? Yes, Roof Cleaning. A lot of people don't even think about the idea of having their roof cleaned, but you should. More than likely if you have a bunch of trees around your house, you'll start to have moss to building up on the roof.

Moss contains water, & overtime that moss just sitting there will start to rot your shingles individually - creating an imbalance in the roofs durability.

Moss also draws pest like mice, bugs, mosquitoes, & birds. I know nobody wants those things in or around there home. So, even if you don't work with me, I'd still recommend you clean your roof, even if you decide to do it yourself.

House Level

For 'House Level' Service, I do 1 thing primarily: Soft Washing. Later I will expand to Interior & Exterior Painting!

For 'Ground Level' Service, I do 3 things primarily: Weed Removal, Mulch Installation, & Pressure Washing.

Always open to taking on different jobs aside from these, but these are the

"go-to's".

From what I've seen, Weed Removal is one of the most overlooked parts of home maintenance. From an aestheitc perspective, weeds can make even the nicest property look messy & neglected. But more importantly, from a functional perspective, weeds can cause serious problems - cracking concrete, damaging patios & driveways, & in extreme cases when left unchecked can even damage the foundation of the house.

Having your weeds removed from the root, coupled with laying preventative substance down consistently, will not only restore curb appeal, but it will also save you thousands, & headaches in the long run.

FAQs

Is the substance you use with weed removal harmful to dogs/ pets?

With the typical substance I use, yes. But once the substance is watered & dries, pets are good to play. If you want your dogs to be active as soon as I'm done, I can use a more pet safe option.

Do I have to be home for you to work one the project?

No, not during. Though I do recommend it. I care more that you're home when I'm done. This way, it avoids payment issues, I can touch things up on the spot (if desired), & give you your Post-Project analysis +How to maintain moving forward.

Do you hand pull weeds or use chemical?

Both. I typically hand pull though unless you want chemical only.

Do you offer weed maintenance plans, or do I have to pay in full every time?

Yes, I offer weed maintenance plans. Once you pay for the initial weed removal, you're then eligible to be on a maintenance plan.

Does the roof/ gutter analysis cost extra?

No, it's completely free. You deserve to know about what's going on around your home.
